Service Description
We focus on daily routines, feeding structure, parasite prevention, dental care, ear & eye maintenance, and gut balance — building a simple system tailored to your pet. This is preventive guidance, not veterinary diagnosis.
Cancellation Policy
All services offered under The Prevention Room are personalized digital services. Full payment is required before access to the intake form or service materials is provided. Due to the customized nature of these services, refunds are not available under any circumstances. The completed intake form must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If the form is not submitted within this timeframe, the service will automatically expire and no refund will be issued. Personalized plans will be delivered within 48 hours after the completed intake form is received. Delivery time begins only once the intake form has been fully submitted. All services provide preventive guidance only and do not replace veterinary diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment.
