Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, including pet food, snacks, and hygiene-related items, returns are generally not accepted once items have been opened or unsealed.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@petpantry.pt, including photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

Unopened and sealed products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval and in original condition.
